Contract and Service Terms
  • 1. This Web portal is made available to you by Elkron and its associated services will become operational at the end of your registration process as an end user.
  • 2. Through this portal, the end user can uniquely associate the MAC code of the burglar control system interface to the private LAN network, and consequently to the web, to achieve localisation management of the IP address of the interface.
  • 3. This option is offered thanks to proprietary and third-party software systems, hosted by servers not owned by Elkron, which are the providers of the service.
  • 4. The above-mentioned service is supplied free of charge and does not require any registration or subscription.
  • 5. The technical and functional specifications of the service, as well as its detailed methods of use are defined by Elkron, which sets up the web portal accordingly.
  • 6. The service can be adversely affected by external factors outside of the supplier's control, such as the availability and proper functioning of the communication and digital broadcasting channels, or the proper operation and installation of the telecommunications equipment used.
  • 7. The service can be discontinued for causes of force majeure or anything else beyond the control of Elkron, such as maintenance, repairs, system upgrading, peak loads, malfunctioning, or business termination by the supplier.
  • 8. For the reasons set out in paragraphs 6 and 7 here above, and also in consideration of the free nature of the service, Elkron may in no way be held responsible for direct or consequential damages that the installer may suffer due to the improper use of the service, its incorrect operation or its discontinuance.
  • 9. To anything not regulated by this contract, the Italian Civil Code currently in force shall be applicable. In case of any controversies, the Law Court of Turin will have jurisdiction.
